- Your friend will need to use your link to download the app.
- Alternatively, you click "Share" to share your referral code with your friends. Your friend will need to enter this code when registering on the app.

2.1 Where do I check to know more about offers?
You can open the RummyOnly app and click on "NOTICE" to browse the various offers we have available.
2.2 What are Discount Bonus?
Discount bonuses are rewards you get when you add cash. There is no need to participate in the event discount rules to apply for internal discounts. You can also get discount bonuses through other promotional offers.
2.3 How do I get Discount Bonus?
There are 2 ways to get Discount Credits:
Add cash: You will get Discount Credits every time you Add Cash. The amount of Discount Bonus you get will depend on the offer that will be applicable at that time.
Promotional Offers: You can Discount Bonus through limited period promotional offers as well..
2.4 Can my Discount Bonus expire?
Discount Bonus do come with an expiry date. However, if you don ’t play any cash game for 7 or more consecutive days, Discount Bonus will be removed from your wallet. The RummyOnly can change this policy as per the terms and conditions.
2.5 Can I withdraw the winnings from free games?
Yes, but you have to meet play responsibly and illegal behaviors are prohibited.
3. New GST policy
3.1 How do I deposit the GST amount to the government?
During the deposit (adding cash), RummyOnly submits to the government consumption tax on behalf of the player, and the player does not need to bear it.
4. Payment &Withdrawals
4.1 How can I Add Cash to my RummyOnly account?
You can add cash by clicking the "SHOP" button in the upper right corner of the homepage. You will enter the "Add Cash" page, where you can enter the amount, select your package and check. During the operation, please do not modify or pay inconsistently. If the amount and the account used to save this time are inconsistent, it will affect the automatic transfer to the account.
After completing the steps on the SHOP page, click on a different payment channel to get to the Payment Methods screen.
In this screen, you can select your payment method – UPI, Paytm Wallet, Credit/debit card or net banking to complete your payment.
4.2 Is my money safe on RummyOnly?

4.3 Can I play rummy online without adding any cash?
Yes, you can play as many practice games as you want on RummyOnly. You can move to the cash games when you feel you’re ready for it.
4.4 When do | get my winning amount in my account/wallet?
Once you win a game, you get your winnings transferred to your RummyOnly wallet instantly. From your RummyOnly wallet, you can get your winnings transferred to your bank account within seconds.
4.5 My deposit attempt failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account?
No need to worry about it. We will take care of the deducted amount and you will be provided with a refund shortly. If haven’t received the money yet, please contact your bank directly for updates. Be assured that your money is safe and will be refunded to you within time.
4.6 When does the withdrawn amount get credited into my bank account?
Your winnings will be transferred immediately, but withdrawals can only be made if you have at least ₹100 in your wallet. There is no limit on the number of withdrawals, and the service is available 24 hours a day.
4.7 My withdrawal is delayed. What should I do?
If your withdrawal takes more than 3 hours to process, it would be due to some issue with your respective bank. For example, some cooperative banks generally take more time to process. In these cases, the banks ask us to wait for 72 hours (3 working days) before they can give us a definite answer. Be assured we will proactively reach out to the banks for resolution in these cases.
4.8 What should I do if my withdrawal fails?
- If the IFSC code or account details are incorrect, please make sure you enter the right IFSC, bank account number and Account Name.
- Other less common reason is your bank account might be suspended or closed, or you could have reached maximum monthly limits etc.
5. Referrals
5.1 What is the Referral Program?
On RummyOnly you can refer your friends and family using your personal referral code. Earn big rewards every time your friends play cash games on RummyOnly.
5.2 Is there a limit to referring friends?
There is no limit on referrals. You can make as many referrals as you want and enjoy the benefits.
5.3 Where can I see the bonuses I receive from referrals?
Here ’s how you can do it:
- Visit the SHARE section on the RummyOnly app.
- After entering, check "Friends invited".
- Here you can see all the information about your referral bonus and rules.
5.4 How long does it take to receive the referral bonus after a referral?
Bonuses for both the referrer and the referred person will be credited to their account as soon as the referred person meets the rules and plays their first cash game. The winnings will be reflected in their wallet on RummyOnly.
5.5 When does my referral bonus expire?
If you do not play any cash games for 30 days or more, all your referral bonuses will expire. RummyOnly may change this setting subject to the Terms and Conditions.
5.6 How long will it take for me to receive referral benefits?
You will receive and claim your referral benefits within 30 days. After 30 days subject to latest rules.
6. Others
6.1 Do I have to give my mobile number and email address?
A mobile number is used to verify your identity and you also get all your OTPs and important messages on your number. Sharing the email ID is optional but highly recommended to get all the rummy-related offers.
6.2 Do you have a customer support team?

6.3 Can I play in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim &Telangana?
Rummy players playing real cash games online from Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim and Telangana are prohibited from playing cash games. The state government has passed an Ordinance amending the Gaming Act 1974 banning online Rummy in these states.
However, you can continue to play practice rummy games for free on our app.
6.4 My internet is working fine but shows a network issue?
While your internet connection seems to be fine, it ’s possible that there might be an internal issue with the RummyOnly app or server that ’s causing the problem.
To troubleshoot this issue, we recommend trying the following steps:
- Restart your device: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Turn off your device and then turn it back on after a few seconds.
- Clear cache and data: Go to the settings of your device, locate the “Applications ”section, find RummyOnly, and then clear its cache and data. This step will remove any temporary files or corrupted data that might be causing the network issue.
- Check for app updates: Make sure that you have the latest version of RummyOnly installed on your device. We often release updates that fix bugs and improve overall performance.
- Try a different network: If possible, connect to a different Wi-Fi network or switch to mobile data to see if the issue persists. This will help determine if the problem is specific to your current network.
- Contact RummyOnly support: If none of the above steps resolves the network issue, we recommend reaching out to RummyOnly’s customer support team directly.
